Summary | 0016649: Display version warning when opening files created with earlier versions
Description | Based on https://bugs.scribus.net/view.php?id=16648 I suggest to implement a version warning like "This file was created in Scribus x.x.x It might be displayed different than intended. Please use Scribus x.x.x to view it unaltered [Ignore warning] [Close document]" This especially becomes important when someone sends me a scribus file. I need to know what version of scribus I need to open it and it is best to keep it foolproof.
Additional Information | @jghali I re-opened the ticked linked above only to make this suggestion here. Sorry if it was not clear enough. I hope it is fine like this.
