Summary | 0004150: drag & drop into scrapbook broken
Description | Dragging text container to scrapbook creates two useless (empty?) scrapbook entries.
Steps To Reproduce | 1) Create a new document (File > New... > OK) 2) Open scrapbook (Window > Scrapbook) 3) Draw a text container onto the document. Enter some text. 4) Right click the container and drag it into the scrapbook. Bug I: The scrapbook will now ask for a name for the new scrapbook entry _twice_ (and subsequently create two entries). (This bug only seems to happen if the scrapbook are empty and when using a fresh install; I could only reproduce it until I used the workaround below. Afterwards, only one entry was created, but it remained useless...) 5) Try to drag the new element(s) onto the document. Bug II: Nothing happens.
Additional Information | Workaround: Rightclick the container and choose "Send to Scrapbook". See also: http://docs.scribus.net/index.php?lang=en&page=settings1 Note that the preference menue item mentioned on the referenced page no longer exists...
