Summary | 0005101: ability to set text angle within frame
Description | You could want the text to flow at an angle relative to the frame. See screenshot--if you wanted the inner text frame to have orientation zero (so its bounding box is horizontal as positioned), you couldn't do it right now, as you have to change the frame orientation to set the text direction in the frame. You should be able to optionally have the text angle offset from the frame angle.
Additional Information | Note that in the screenshot, for the case described, neither the frame orientation nor the text angle would correspond to the "visual" angle of the inner frame, which wouldn't exist as a relevant angle to anything but the human eye! (Of course, this is an extreme case.... ;)
