Summary | 0008977: respect frame's basepoint when rotating a picture in the frame
Description | currently, the picture rotation always uses the image's top left corner as reference. personally, i would expect the picture to rotate around the center of the frame. my questions: - shouldn't the rotation respect the frame's base point? - if not, shouldn't it rotate around the center instead of the top left point? - wouldn't it feel more natural, if the reference was the actual frame instead of the picture?
