Summary0015142: Images are moved out of their positions when importing an SVG
DescriptionEmbedded images saved into SVG files from other software (like Inkscape) are not maintaining their proper location when importing that SVG file into Scribus.
Steps To ReproduceMake an SVG file in Inkscape (set the document properties to inches, just for good measure)
Make the area 8.75 x 11.25 inches
Place an image anywhere
Save the SVG
Import the SVG into Scribus
Observe image placement is not where it should be
Additional InformationTested with Inkscape .48 and .92
Tested with Scribus 1.4.5 and 1.4.6

This seems to be still happening in Scribus 1.5.5 importing an SVG from Inkscape 0.92.5 as of this posting.
