Summary0016871: Adjust frame height to text does not function properly
DescriptionWhen we have a text frame containing some text and we want tu adjust the height form the contextual menu "adjust text height", there are two problems:
1. It only works if the frame is larger than the text (maybe this is the way it is supposed to be?)
2. It only works properly if there is at least one character with a descender on the last line (like g or p), otherwise it shorten the height just too much and the last line is cut.

I checked it with a standard font and with an Asian script (Lao), and the problem is the same.

It seems to be an old problem, as somebody with version 1.5.5 is complaining in a mailing list

Steps To ReproduceCreate a text frame
Insert text
Select the frame and choose "Adjust frame height" from the contextual menu
