Duplicate of issue 0017167. Please also have a look at issue 0017132 : lots of French users assume that spaces such as thin spaces are not breakable... which is false according to Unicode line breaking rules. The only non breakable thin space i am aware of is the Narrow No Break Space (U+202F) which should be used for French in situations where a non breakable thin space is required. |
