So we should pop up a dialog box and ask the user if they want to delete the objects on the layer too... |

May I second Craig's suggestion? Franz, please add a possibility to delete the objects. In some cases it may be _the_ desired behavior. A warning dialog box that asks if a user would like to keep the objects and has "yes" | "Layer only" selected by default would work just fine. Just give them an opportunity to choose "Delete all" or "Cancel" as well. |
