That's a known limitation. You can get around it if you do not double click on the text frame, but simply select it and then use the textedit tool ("A") from the toolbar. Problem is some strange focus handling, which transfers focus to the property palette after a double click. Another workaround is to click once on Scribus' titlebar after doubleclicking into the textframe. |
